The Ananda College Drama Circle made its entry to the School Drama and Theatre arena of Sri Lanka in style, with its performance of “Timon of Athens” a lesser known and rarely done work of Shakespeare. This daring production announced the emergence of a new force in Sri Lankan school drama, and hinted at greater feats to follow.
